Are all your products genuine?
All of our products are 100 percent genuine and sourced direct from original manufacturers, they arrive sealed and fully packaged.

How do I pay?
You can pay online or by phone using your debit or credit card or by post with a cheque or postal order made payable to Increase Confidence.  Please note that we can only accept United Kingdom cheques. Once payment has cleared we will dispatch your item or items.

Is VAT included in your price?
All of our prices are inclusive of UK VAT @ 17.5%.

What about P&P?
There is a £5.30 delivery charge for up to 4 items to the UK. Additional items are charged at £0.45 We use Royal Mail Special Delivery which requires a signature, this is a 100% guaranteed pre 1pm service.  We can ship to any preferred address be it work or home, just let us know where.

Orders placed by 1pm Monday to Thursday will be delivered in most cases within 24hrs. Orders placed on Friday before 1pm will be delivered by 13.00 on Saturday or Monday, orders placed after this time will not be dispatched until Monday for arrival on Tuesday.

Packaging is of course discreet, we pack in plain padded envelopes with just your name and address showing.

What is your returns policy?
All products purchased through the Increase Confidence website are covered by our 30 day no hassle guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order or have simply changed your mind, please return the unopened product to us within 30 days of your order date and we will refund your money in full. Please include a brief letter including your name and address and an explanation as to why you are returning the item(s).

Do you ever run out of popular products?
On the odd occasion yes. In the unlikely event that your particular item is not in stock we will contact you within 48 hours of the receipt of your order to advise you when the item will be available and provide the option to cancel the order! We carry all stock listed in our site in large quantities.

Do you have a security policy?
Increase Confidence is committed to customer privacy and security. Our on-line ordering system uses the latest secure encryption technology. All personal and credit card information is submitted with the highest level of security for your peace of mind and protection.

I placed my order a few days ago, why has it not arrived?
Please contact us straight away and we will get to the bottom of the issue

Do you really need my phone number on the order form?
We may need to contact you if there is an issue with your payment or for other security issues regarding your order or payment.

Are my personal details safe with you, or will I start getting unsolicited email/post?
Increase Confidence do not tolerate spam, and assure you that your details will not be used for such activities.

Can I pay by Cheque / Postal Orders?
Yes. Please make cheques / postal orders payable to Increase Confidence Ltd, 22 Lynton Park Rd, Cheadle Hulme, Cheshire, SK8 6JA. Your purchased goods will be dispatched once the cheque/PO has cleared, usually after 4-5 working days.
