<p>On the other hand the complication could be tied to an emotional issue, exhaustion, or maybe even an emotional issue that she might not even be consciously aware of. The point is that sometimes thereâ€™s a simple solution for fixing a womanâ€™s libido, but sometimes there might need to be quite a bit of thought and research invested to try and straighten things out.</p>
<p>As far as health goes it could be something as simple as dipping estrogen levels. Thinking that this is just an older womanâ€™s malady can be a mistake; this can start in a woman as young as in her thirties.</p>

<p>Iâ€™m here to tell you that not only is the pop culture stereotype untrue, it can actually be hurtful to men who are seeing the sun set on their sexual prime. Think about it, if men are constantly being bombarded with the â€œknowledgeâ€ that theyâ€™re supposed to be virile right up until the day they die then any of the many men who are suffering from a flagging libido are going to be afraid to say anything about it or pursue some sort of treatment.</p>
<p>Itâ€™s the same idea as media presenting an unrealistic female body type and causing low self-esteem. So what do we do about it?</p>
<p>Well, the first thing to do is to admit that thereâ€™s a problem. There are three very common reasons for a sagging male libido, and weâ€™ll deal with all of them in detail later, but letâ€™s shine some light on the elephant in the room first. If you find yourself unsatisfied with your sex drive then right there is the problem and maybe thereâ€™s something you can do to fix it.</p>
<p>You canâ€™t let ego be a factor. There are countless men out there who are having the exact same libido problem but theyâ€™re afraid to ask the questions that need to be asked. Whatâ€™s causing this? Is it normal? What can I do to fix it? There are answers to all of these questions in easy reach, you just have to be willing to ask. And think about it, if youâ€™re worried about your decreased libido being a source of inadequacy, wouldnâ€™t fixing the problem take away that feeling of lacking something?</p>

<p>One good way to start increasing your testosterone levels is to exercise, specifically weight lifting that exercises several muscle groups at once. <p>Your body needs that fat to burn and produce testosterone so depriving it of that fat might just cut how much testosterone your body is able to produce. Less testosterone means a lower libido, so watch that dietary intake. And make sure you donâ€™t go skipping meals or take long periods of time without eating. If you donâ€™t eat often enough your body thinks itâ€™s starting and goes into energy conservation mode. Itâ€™ll cut testosterone production levels and kill your libido so make sure you eat regularly.</p>
<p>Another simple thing you can do to help out your libido is to watch how much alcohol youâ€™re drinking. If youâ€™re fairly moderate with your drinking you should be just fine, but too much alcohol can push down your endocrine system and testosterone production. If youâ€™re drinking a bit more than you should,Â  you know if you are, then watching your drinking is an effective step here.</p>
